Spain's colorful micro‑French nail trend dominates summer style

The micro‑French manicure, a minimalist take on the classic French nail, has become a leading summer trend in Spain. Experts highlight its versatility, noting that it works well on short and medium‑length nails and can be adapted with a wide palette of pastel, neon and bright shades.

Berenice Espejo, official manicurist for Entity España, said the season will favour “shorter nails with a natural, minimalist look – using milky bases and colored micro‑French lines.” Recommended tones include peach, buttery yellow, mint green, lavender, neon hues for a bronzed look and even "cloud dancer" white.

The style balances elegance and fun, allowing users to choose subtle pastel lines or bold neon accents while maintaining the clean aesthetic that defines the micro‑French design.
