Spain's Costa Verde beaches and Costa Blanca luxury home draw Polish interest
The northern Spanish stretch known as Costa Verde has become a popular destination for tourists seeking golden sand, crystal‑clear waters and a mix of relaxed coves and lively beaches such as Playa de Gulpiyuri, Playa de Rodiles and Playa de la Franca. The region’s lush vegetation, cliff‑side walks and local cuisine are highlighted as attractions for visitors from Poland and elsewhere.
In the southern province of Valencia, Polish architects Marta Żebrowska‑Wojczuk and Weronika Król of MOW.design have completed a 350‑square‑metre luxury apartment in Calpe on the Costa Blanca. The seaside property, marketed to Polish buyers, features expansive sea views, a minimalist yet warm interior, a large kitchen island and curated artworks by Polish creators. The project reflects the growing trend of Poles investing in Spanish real estate – more than 4,000 Polish citizens bought property in Spain last year.
