Spain's fashion designers and influencer-backed brands rise in prominence
Spanish designer Nicolás Montenegro, originally from Sevilla and trained in Milan, has become one of the country's most recognised fashion creators. He has dressed celebrities such as Rossy de Palma, Nieves Álvarez, Eva González and many influencers, and speaks of a personal collection inspired by his late father's encouragement.
The Spanish label Par y Escala, known for handmade, naturally‑dyed garments produced in India, has attracted top influencers this summer. Dulceida confirmed wearing the brand’s Antonia Dress – a long, cotton, boho‑styled piece with blue‑black prints – after similar exposure from María Pombo and Sara Carbonero. The dress, originally €135, is now discounted to €108, underscoring the label’s growing appeal among Spanish style leaders.
