Spain's football team partners with Loewe for luxury 2026 World Cup kits
The Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) has signed a four‑year agreement with luxury fashion house Loewe to create the official street‑wear and formal attire for the national team and its staff. The new collection, unveiled ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, includes polos, cotton shirts priced around €480 and a wool jacket that can cost up to €2,200, as well as shoes priced at €950. The partnership is aimed at enhancing the team's image and linking Spanish cultural heritage with sport.
The deal is part of a broader trend of national teams collaborating with high‑end designers for World Cup 2026, which will be staged across Canada, the United States and Mexico. Other examples include Brazil’s tie‑up with Ricardo Almeida, Uruguay with Gabriela Hearst, Portugal with Sacoor Brothers, France with Smalto, Italy with Giorgio Armani, the United States with Hugo Boss and Japan with Dunhill. Spain’s choice of Loewe underscores a move to blend performance and fashion, targeting both fans of the sport and the luxury market.
