Spain's State Toll Highway Operator Seitt Reports 33% Profit Rise in 2025

The public company Seitt, which manages Spain's state‑owned toll highways, posted a net profit of €27.3 million for 2025, a 32.9% increase over the €20.5 million recorded in 2024. Revenue from toll collection reached €96.5 million, up 2.2% from the previous year.

The Madrid radial highways R‑3 and R‑5 remained the most profitable assets, generating €12.5 million in profit, a 38.5% rise. Other contributors included the AP‑36, R‑2 and R‑4, while the AP‑7 segment in Alicante recorded a €3 million loss after becoming toll‑free. The AP‑41 also saw its deficit shrink by about 90%, ending the year with a small negative balance.

Overall, the network’s earnings growth reflects steady traffic volumes despite selective toll‑free sections.
