Spain's towns launch summer night festivals with music, circus and free concerts

The municipality of Prado del Rey in Cádiz will host the 17th edition of the "Noches de Sol" festival from 28 July to 3 September, offering eleven musical performances and a circus show on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. The event is backed by the Provincial Council of Cádiz, the town council and the cultural association Luna Oculta, with the aim of animating the town centre and supporting local commerce.

In Sanlúcar de Barrameda, the Orfeón Santa Cecilia choir will give a free concert on 6 August in the gardens of the Municipal Palace, featuring tributes to ABBA, Nino Bravo, Joan Manuel Serrat and other well‑known artists. The concert is promoted by the city’s culture department and the mayor’s administration as a way to bring quality cultural programming to families.

Aracena in Huelva will stage the "Noche Blanca de la Cultura" on 25 July, converting streets into open‑air stages for music, circus and artistic performances. Highlights include a marching band, a jazz‑bossa‑nova set, a piano recital, and a circus act by La Gata Japonesa, accompanied by a short‑story competition award ceremony.
