Spain's USO Union Offers Free Online Courses for 2026 Public Administration Jobs

The Unión Sindical Obrera (USO) has opened free online training courses for its affiliates to prepare for the 1,567 permanent labor positions slated for the 2026 public employment offer (OEP) in Spain. The programme covers the most competitive posts in the Administración General del Estado (AGE), the Seguridad Social and Correos, including auxiliary and administrative roles, both in the free turnover and internal promotion tracks.

Classes begin in September for AGE and Social Security positions and in October for the broader AGE curriculum, with a November start for the postal sector. Courses are delivered weekly via live streaming sessions that are recorded for later review, include updated study material, self‑assessment tests and a dedicated forum where specialised teachers answer questions. Participation is free for all USO members in good standing, removing the usual financial barrier of private academy fees.
