The Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) staged an event in Dallas on 13 July 2026, bringing together members of Spain’s 2010 World Cup‑winning squad – including Iker Casillas, Jesús Navas, Pepe Reina and Fernando Llorente – to back the national team ahead of its semifinal against France.

Casillas told the assembled legends, “We are convinced Spain will be in the World Cup final,” adding that the gathering was meant to inspire the country and celebrate the historic achievement of reaching a second World Cup semifinal.

The rally underscored the RFEF’s confidence in coach Luis de la Fuente’s squad and aimed to galvanise Spanish fans before the Tuesday match in Dallas.
