Spalab to open new indoor trunk room in Matsudo

UK Corporation has announced the opening of a new Spalab indoor trunk room branch in Matsudo, Chiba Prefecture. The Spalab Matsudo Kitakobun branch is scheduled to open on October 1, 2026, located approximately 17 minutes from Kitakobun Station.

Spalab operates over 700 locations and 22,000 rooms across Tokyo and Osaka. The service aims to address urban living challenges, such as limited residential space and the social issue of vacant houses, by converting underutilized properties into rental storage units. The facility features contactless entry and exit via smart locks, online contracting, and 24-hour security monitoring.
