The town of Spalt will host the HopfenZupferFest from September 4 to September 6. The event celebrates regional hop cultivation traditions, which were recently added to the Bavarian State Directory of Intangible Cultural Heritage.

The festival program includes a hop experience hike led by the current Spalt Hopfenkönigin, Nina Salbaum, on Friday. Saturday's activities feature brewery tours, beer tastings, and the traditional hop picking (Hopfenzupfen) accompanied by musical entertainment.
