Spanish artists Bad Gyal and Judeline make headlines

Spanish artist Bad Gyal has stated she would not collaborate with Taylor Swift, even for a fee of three million euros or dollars. During an appearance on the Argentine program ‘Fort Night Show’, the singer explained that her refusal is based on musical taste rather than money, noting that she does not feel represented by Swift’s musical ideas. She described Swift’s music using a culinary metaphor, calling it “a dry chicken without spices, salt, or oil.”

In other music news, actress Rossy de Palma features in the new music video for Judeline’s single, ‘La Falda’. Directed by Jacob Parra-Mena, the video draws visual inspiration from Spanish cinema, specifically the film ‘Jamón, Jamón’, and the paintings of Julio Romero de Torres. The collaboration has also highlighted physical comparisons between the two artists, which Judeline addressed by proudly claiming her nose is “marca España” (a Spanish brand).
