Spanish basketball clubs announce key player renewals

Spanish basketball clubs Xerez Club Deportivo Baloncesto and Unión Linense de Baloncesto (ULB) are finalizing their rosters for upcoming seasons.

Xerez CD has announced the renewal of Lucía Cruzado Arazola, a key player in the team's recent promotion to Liga Femenina 2 (LF2). Cruzado, noted for her offensive capabilities and versatility, was a standout performer during the promotion phase, including high-scoring matches against CD Ginés and Logística Transloyma Huelva CBC Moguer. Coach Trini Bou emphasized the importance of her continuity to meet the challenges of the LF2 level.

Meanwhile, Unión Linense de Baloncesto has officially renewed point guard Juanmi López for a fourth consecutive season. The club is also in advanced negotiations to bring back Senegalese forward Insa Kane and sign Juanjo Morales to bolster their squad for the Tercera FEB competition. These moves bring the total number of confirmed players under coaches Iván Torres and Guillem Ruedas to nine.
