Units pel Bàsquet Gandia announced the departure of Canadian guard-forward Josh Omojafo, who triggered a release clause to join the US G League. The club quickly moved to sign Croatian forward Matija Bilalovic as his replacement. Bilalovic joins after a successful stint with Insolac Caja 87, where he averaged 11.2 points per game.

Meanwhile, FC Barcelona faces an injury setback. British power forward Tosan Evbuomwan is expected to be sidelined for at least three weeks due to a shoulder subluxation.
