Spanish clubs Cantbasket 04 and Novobasket Vigo confirmed for Tercera FEB

Cantbasket 04 has been officially registered by the Spanish Basketball Federation (FEB) for the 2026‑2027 Tercera FEB season, marking the club's 13th consecutive year in the fourth tier of Spanish basketball. The federation verified the club's documentation and financial requirements, reaffirming its long‑standing stability and commitment to youth development in Cantabria.

Novobasket Vigo earned promotion to the Tercera FEB for the first time after the 2022‑2023 campaign. Club founder and president Carlos Ferro said the team will aim to consolidate its place, maintain a roster largely drawn from its own academy, and seek additional sponsorship and facility improvements. The club also plans limited external signings to cope with injuries and the higher competition level.
