Spanish community groups complete charitable donations

In Tarancón, the City Council has distributed nearly 37,500 euros in proceeds from the 2026 patron saint festival charity concerts. The total donation of 37,428.48 euros was split equally among six welfare associations, including the Red Cross, Ademtac, Afamit, Afad, Ataraf, and Nueva Luz. Each group received 6,238.08 euros. The funds were raised through performances by artists such as Celtas Cortos, Marta Santos, La Pegatina, and Álvaro de Luna.

In the Zamora region, the Bajo Duero Ethnographic Association has donated the full proceeds from its summer performances in Muga de Sayago and Zafara to local livestock farmers. The funds were used to purchase animal feed for those affected by recent wildfires in the Sayago region, fulfilling a commitment made by the association following the summer's events.
