Spanish developers launch new residential projects in Andalusia and Valencia
Spanish real estate developers Metrovacesa and Neinor Homes have launched new residential construction projects in Andalusia and Valencia, respectively.
Metrovacesa has begun work on Atria F2 in La Alcaidesa, located between San Roque and La Línea. The project involves an investment of 28.3 million euros and aims to create a residential reference in the area through contemporary architecture and sustainable design. The development will feature two and three-bedroom homes equipped with terraces, garages, and storage rooms, alongside amenities such as a spa, gym, and coworking spaces.
In Valencia, Neinor Homes has started construction on the Vera development in the Nou Benicalap district, marketed under the AEDAS Homes brand. The project consists of 157 homes designed primarily for young singles and couples, with deliveries expected in the final quarter of 2028. The development features one to three-bedroom units and over 3,000 square meters of common areas, including a pool, gym, and gardens. The project aims for a double A energy rating through sustainable measures like aerothermal heating.
