Spanish firms adopt AI and digital platforms to streamline operations

Amatic Consulting is helping small and medium‑sized enterprises in Spain automate repetitive administrative tasks with artificial‑intelligence agents. The AI solutions can transfer data between applications, generate reports, update records, detect incidents and integrate with existing business systems, allowing human staff to focus on exception handling and customer interaction.

SEAT, the Spanish automobile manufacturer, is implementing the Rosmiman platform to centralise the management of more than 60 buildings, including offices and workshops. The system unifies information on spaces, furniture, services and incidents, improving resource planning, traceability and productivity while reducing administrative effort on the shop floor.
