Spanish Football Federation Sets Season Aid, Registration Dates and Revises Player Minimum Rule
The Royal Football Federation of Ceuta (RFFCE) met on 29 June to close the 2025‑2026 season and plan the 2026‑2027 cycle. The board approved €50,000 in equipment assistance for clubs and €80,000 for coaches, reviewed budget balance, and confirmed that club registration will be open online from 15 July to 4 September 2026. The competition calendar was set to run from late September 2026 through 30 June 2027.
Ahead of the RFEF General Assembly scheduled for the coming Tuesday in Rozas, proposals to amend competition regulations were outlined. The draft removes the force‑majeure exemption from article 141, keeping the requirement that each team start a match with at least seven players and stipulating that any shortfall will lead to a forfeit, with a three‑goal award to the opponent unless the score at suspension is more favourable.
