Spain's national football team won the 2026 FIFA World Cup, defeating Argentina 1‑0 after extra time in New Jersey, with Ferran Torres scoring the decisive goal. Following the triumph, several key players headed to the island of Ibiza for their mandatory 21‑day rest period.

Midfielder Marcos Llorente and forward Ferran Torres were spotted at the upscale beach restaurant Casa Jondal in Cala Jondal, where they enjoyed a seaside meal and posted photos on Instagram. The duo then chartered a 30‑metre luxury yacht, sailing the turquoise waters and pouring a bottle of Domaine de la Romanée‑Conti Grand Cru, a wine valued between €18,000 and €28,000.

Teammates Lamine Yamal and Mikel Oyarzabal also spent time on the island; Yamal received particular praise from coach Luis de la Fuente, who highlighted his maturity, tactical discipline and team‑first attitude during the tournament.
