Nico Williams and Ainhi García End Two‑Year Relationship After World Cup Victory

Spanish winger Nico Williams and his partner Ainhi García have ended their relationship, which lasted about two years. Journalists Javi de Hoyos and Leticia Requejo reported that the split was amicable, with no infidelity or third parties involved, and was described as simply “the love ended.”

The breakup was disclosed roughly ten days after Spain won the 2026 World Cup, during which the couple had shared public photos and birthday messages on social media. After the announcement, García removed several joint posts and unfollowed Williams online. Separate reports noted that Williams was photographed on a boat with several women shortly after the split, but sources stressed that the images were not the cause of the separation.

Both parties have not issued personal statements, and close acquaintances confirmed that the decision was mutual and that the pair remain on good terms.
