Spanish foundations launch new cultural programs in Granada and La Palma
Fundación Unicaja has launched a program of over one hundred free activities at its new headquarters in the Rey Soler building in Granada. The programming includes exhibitions, concerts, theatrical performances, and workshops covering creative, social, and environmental themes. The institution invested over three million euros to rehabilitate the historic building, which has already seen thousands of visitors for inaugural exhibitions.
In La Palma, Fundación CajaCanarias is hosting ‘Urban Art Days’ from October 9 to November 13. This initiative focuses on urban culture for younger audiences, featuring music, graffiti, rap, and cinema. The program includes educational shows like ‘Tracker Bits’ and graffiti workshops led by the artist Okiman, aimed at teaching the history and technical application of spray art.
