In Madrid, interior designer José Arroyo has completed a project to transform the former stables of the Palacio de Liria into Memories, a restaurant located on Calle Princesa. The design focuses on preserving the building's historical identity by using a contemporary language that respects the original structure. Key elements include the use of walnut as a visual thread and noble textiles to balance the space's monumentality.

In Granada, the Palacio de los Córdova, a 16th-century landmark, serves as an exclusive venue for large-scale celebrations. Managing events in such heritage sites requires complex logistics, including specialized electrical setups and adherence to strict preservation regulations. The palace offers diverse spaces, from a peristyle atrium capable of hosting 650 people to Mudéjar halls and historic gardens, managed by services such as Catering La Borraja.
