Spanish hunting and fishing fairs nominated for national sporting award

Two Spanish hunting and fishing fairs, CAPESMER and Narcenatur, have been nominated for the ‘Best Sporting Event in Spain’ award at the V National Fishing Gala ‘Río de la Vida’. The ceremony is scheduled for September 19 in Valladolid.

CAPESMER, which held its fourth edition in Villarcayo, featured over one hundred companies and institutions. The event included activities such as laser clay shooting, fishing in pools, and various exhibitions. Narcenatur, based in Cangas del Narcea, reported attracting over 16,000 visitors and 120 exhibitors during its last edition. Its programming included the Narcea River fishing competition and the San Huberto and Campa championship of Asturias.
