Spanish investment funds assets rise 0.9% to €479.3 bn in June

In June, Spanish investment funds reported total assets of €479.342 billion, a 0.9% increase from the previous month. The rise added €4.138 billion to the six‑month total and €28.454 billion to the year‑to‑date figure, representing a 6.3% gain since the end of 2025.

The growth was split between market revaluation, which accounted for 54% of the increase, and net inflows of €1.904 billion (46%). Year‑to‑date net subscriptions exceeded €10.644 billion. Long‑term fixed‑income funds attracted €3.719 billion, followed by international fixed‑income (€2.690 billion) and mixed‑asset funds (€2.516 billion). Equity funds posted a positive average return of 0.5% for the month and a 7.9% cumulative return for the year, led by emerging‑market equity (+51%) and Japanese equity (+≈50%).

Collective investment assets, including funds and investment societies, reached €886.181 billion, up 5.2% since December 2025. The number of participant accounts grew to 29.27 million, a 4.3% annual increase.
