Spanish judge prosecutes members of 'The Base' neo-Nazi cell

A judge from Spain's Audiencia Nacional, Antonio Piña, has moved to prosecute two individuals suspected of belonging to the first dismantled cell of the neo-Nazi terrorist organization 'The Base' in Spain.

The suspects, identified as David Dionis and Jesús Estrada, face charges including participation in a terrorist criminal organization, indoctrination, and self-indoctrination. The judge noted that 'The Base' is listed by the European Commission and the Council, promoting white supremacy through an international network of paramilitary cells focused on what they term the 'struggle for white succession.'

Dionis, described as the alleged leader of the Spanish cell, is accused of continuous recruitment and indoctrination into the group's extremist ideology. The investigation alleges he conducted tactical training with various weapons near Onda, in the province of Castellón, and maintained an abnormal stockpile of weapons, combat medical supplies, and paramilitary gear. He remains in provisional detention due to being considered a 'grave danger to security.'
