CD Manchego Juvenil secured one of the two playoff places that grant a chance to ascend to the Liga Nacional after finishing the regular season with 70 points, equal to the fourth‑placed team but ahead of the ineligible filials. The squad, led by top scorer Carlos Hipólito with 26 goals, could even finish second in the group.

Real Jaén CF’s youth side remained in the Liga Nacional Juvenil after a successful appeal. The Comité de Competición annulled a win by CD 26 de Febrero for fielding an ineligible player, removing the points that had created a three‑way tie. The decision left Real Jaén level with Atarfe Industrial CF but ahead on head‑to‑head results, saving it from relegation. Atarfe announced plans to contest the ruling. The changes also confirmed Linares Deportivo’s relegation and promoted Martos CD from the Segunda Andaluza provincial league.
