Spanish lower‑division clubs Atlético Tordesillas and SD Almazán kick off preseason

Atlético Tordesillas began its summer training at the Las Salinas stadium under coach Alex Izquierdo, assembling a squad of about 20 players. The club confirmed the signing of forward Alex Maroto and renewed midfielder Miguel Hernández, while midfielder Miguel Velázquez departed. A new season‑ticket campaign was launched with prices ranging from €10 for children’s cards to €130 for adult tribune seats, available until 2 August.

Meanwhile, SD Almazán returned to its home ground La Arboleda for the second season of coach Pablo Ayuso. The team kept the core of the previous roster, renewing fourteen contracts and adding four new players from Numancia B, including forwards Óscar Miñana and Hugo Martínez. Preseason includes three friendlies: against CD Sigüenza on 5 August, Atlético Cirbonero on 8 August, and a match on 13 August at the José Andrés Diago venue.
