Spanish media personalities clash over Telecinco and ‘Sálvame’ departures

Former collaborators of the Spanish television program ‘Sálvame’ have engaged in public disputes regarding their departures from the network and their relationship with the broadcaster, Telecinco.

Kiko Hernández has launched a new solo YouTube program, ‘Directamente Kiko’, where he criticized former colleagues Terelu Campos and Rosa Benito. Hernández mocked Campos, suggesting she lacked integrity during her tenure and was eager to accept any presenting opportunities offered by the network.

In a separate confrontation on the program ‘De lunes a viernes’, Lydia Lozano accused Telecinco of vetoing the ‘Sálvame’ team. Lozano disputed Terelu Campos’s account of her departure, claiming that she and others were forced out by the network rather than leaving voluntarily, leading to a heated verbal exchange between the two journalists.
