Spanish Ministry of Justice opens prosecutor vacancies in Albacete and Cuenca

The Spanish Ministry of the Presidency, Justice and Relations with the Courts has launched a transfer competition for members of the Fiscal Career to fill several vacancies in Castilla-La Mancha.

In Albacete, one prosecutor position is available within the Provincial Prosecutor's Office. This vacancy is part of the existing organic staff, which includes a Chief Prosecutor, a Deputy Prosecutor, 16 second-category prosecutors, and two third-category legal advisors.

In Cuenca, two prosecutor positions are currently vacant within the Provincial Prosecutor's Office. The office's established staff consists of a Chief Prosecutor, a Deputy Prosecutor, seven prosecutor positions, and two legal advisors.

Interested prosecutors have ten calendar days from the day following the publication in the Official State Gazette (BOE) to submit their applications electronically. Applicants may request multiple destinations by indicating an order of preference.
