Spanish municipalities advance local infrastructure and public works projects

In Quintana Redonda, the technical project for new public works under the 2026-27 Provincial Plan has entered a public exhibition period. Following the initial approval published in the Official Bulletin of the Province of Soria, citizens and entities have 15 business days to submit allegations or claims. The project, signed by Mayor Sergio Frías Pérez, aims to improve local infrastructure and municipal services through provincial investment.

Meanwhile, in Vilanova, local authorities are working to open the O Terrón swimming pool following the completion of the second phase of construction. Mayor Gonzalo Durán stated that the goal is to have the facility and its building operational as soon as possible. To comply with requirements for European funding, the second phase must be completed before the end of 2026, with the administration prepared to allow weekend work to ensure the deadline is met.
