Municipalities in Spain and Argentina announce 2026/27 educational programs
Various municipalities and educational institutions in Spain and Argentina have announced their programming and registration periods for the 2026/2027 academic year, focusing on community engagement, lifelong learning, and specialized training.
In Spain, several local governments are launching diverse offerings. The Casal Municipal Sènior de Mollerussa will open registrations in September for activities including AI and 3D printing workshops. In Gines, the Centro de Participación Activa is offering courses ranging from memory training to healthy cooking. El Ejido has expanded its ‘Aula de Ocio’ program to 74 courses, while Paracuellos de Jarama is enrolling students for its language school. Additionally, Almería is increasing its school morning classrooms and dining services to support working families, and Oviedo is opening pre-registration for its municipal arts and performing arts school.
In Argentina, the REDILEO network, including the Faculty of Education at UNCuyo, is organizing the first conferences on reading, writing, and orality in higher education, scheduled for October 22 at the Universidad Provincial de Córdoba. Meanwhile, the Buenos Aires City Library Network has opened registrations for literary and artistic workshops, including sessions on poetry, cinema, and journalism, running through early September.
