Spanish municipalities announce Halloween festivities
Various municipalities in Spain are preparing for Halloween celebrations on October 30 and 31.
In Manilva, activities organized by the Social Welfare, Education, and Youth departments include a holistic market on Calle Mar and a Halloween-themed amusement park at Plaza de la Vendimia. The festivities will feature workshops, face painting, and snacks for children. Additionally, a sound bath is scheduled at the CIVIMA auditorium, and an alcohol-free party for youth will be held at Plaza de la Vendimia featuring DJs.
In Altea, the City Council has introduced ‘La última función’, an immersive horror experience at the Altea Social Center. Taking place on October 30 and 31, the event uses theatrical elements and mystery to create a personalized terror experience. Participation requires prior reservation due to limited group sizes, with entry recommended for those aged 16 and older, though 12-year-olds may attend if accompanied.
