Spanish municipalities announce infrastructure renovation projects

Municipalities in Spain are undertaking significant infrastructure improvements. In Mijas, nearly 886,000 euros will be invested to renovate the roof of the La Cala sports center. The project, funded by the Western Costa del Sol Municipal Association, aims to improve waterproofing, drainage, and energy efficiency through the installation of solar panels.

In Valencia, the City Council is renovating the training pool at the Central Fire Station in the Quatre Carreres neighborhood. The works include replacing linings, piping, and purification systems to restore the facility for rescue simulations and diving training for firefighters.
