Spanish municipalities launch community holiday initiatives

Various Spanish municipalities are launching community-focused holiday initiatives. In Los Llanos de Aridane, the local government is encouraging residents, businesses, and shops to decorate their balconies, windows, and facades to expand the festive atmosphere throughout the town's neighborhoods.

In Tavernes de la Valldigna, officials have announced a nativity scene contest. This initiative invites residents to open their personal creches to the public, allowing visitors to tour various displays throughout the town. The program includes an exhibition at the Galería Chabix, which will also host a jury to evaluate entries, including non-traditional displays such as a nativity scene made with bobbin lace.
