Spanish police crack down on illegal street vending

Local police forces in Spain have intensified operations to combat illegal street vending during the summer season. In Castellón, authorities seized more than 400 products and issued several complaints against unauthorized sellers to protect legal businesses and ensure public health and safety.

Similarly, in El Puerto, specifically in the Valdelagrana area, police intervened to seize over 650 items intended for illegal sale on public streets. Officials in both regions emphasized that these measures are necessary to prevent unfair competition against local merchants and taxpayers who operate within legal frameworks.
