Spanish police dismantle drug network and prostitution ring in Valencia

The National Police in Valencia carried out two separate operations against organized crime. In the first, a large drug trafficking network operating across the provinces of Valencia, Alicante and Murcia was broken up. Police arrested 28 people and seized about 30 kg of cocaine, 12 kg of MDMA, more than €720,000 in cash, a silver bar, five firearms, ammunition and 21 vehicles equipped with hidden compartments.

In a second operation, police liberated nine South‑American transgender victims from a prostitution ring that also trafficked drugs. Five members of the group, including four women and one man, were arrested. Investigators recovered cocaine, methamphetamine, cannabis, various stimulants and equipment used to package the substances. The victims had been forced to provide sexual services under coercion and drug influence.

Both actions were coordinated by the Valencia Provincial Judicial Police Brigade and resulted in multiple arrests and the seizure of significant drug supplies and cash.
