Spanish police seize 3,750 L of fuel and dismantle indoor marijuana farm

In Almería, the National Police stopped a large‑scale fuel operation after spotting a rental van with a broken rear suspension and the smell of gasoline. Inside were 150 un‑certified 25‑litre canisters, totalling about 3,750 litres of fuel, allegedly intended for clandestine immigration vessels. The three suspects were arrested on charges of endangering public safety, document fraud and related offences.

In Munera, Albacete, the Guardia Civil carried out the "CANLI" operation, seizing an indoor cannabis plantation of 221 plants that yielded roughly 400 kg of material, enough for an estimated 196,000 doses. Six Albanian nationals were detained for drug‑related crimes, illegal electricity theft valued at over €40,000, and affiliation with a criminal group.
