Spanish public institutions announce key leadership appointments
The Spanish Court of Auditors (Tribunal de Cuentas) has appointed Llanos Castellanos as its new manager. Castellanos, a former member of the PSOE Federal Executive and former Subsecretary of Housing, replaces Isabel Ynduráin. This appointment occurs as the institution provides documentation to the National Court regarding investigations into political party financing and donation flows.
Separately, the State Society of Industrial Participations (SEPI) has appointed Isabel Ramos as the new Director of the Technical Cabinet of the Presidency. This position is ranked as the third-highest in the company's organizational structure. Ramos is considered a close associate of Vice President Bartolomé Lora, who is currently under investigation for alleged administrative embezzlement related to the Air Europa rescue. The appointment comes amid internal unrest at SEPI following various corruption investigations involving previous leadership.
