Andrea Abreu returns with ‘Pajaritos preñados’ (Anagrama) on September 2. Set in northern Tenerife, the novel follows sixteen-year-old Cathaysa as she navigates maturity, desire, and family tensions within a precarious environment.
Rodrigo Cortés publishes ‘Hija del cielo’ (Random House) on September 3. The story is set in the seaside town of Gabaón, featuring a mythical atmosphere involving nuns, priests, and a mysterious figure known as ‘el Hombre Guapo’.
