Spanish restaurants introduce new dining and wine pairing programs

Several restaurants in Spain are updating their culinary offerings for September. Tablafina Málaga, located in the Hotel NH Málaga, is launching ‘Tablafina Marida’, a monthly dining cycle featuring tasting menus paired with wines from guest wineries. The inaugural event on September 18 features Codorníu, with enologist Bruno Colomer participating to discuss the selected wines. The five-course menu is priced at 48 euros per person.

In Estepona, the Andalusian restaurant Mar de Sazzon has reorganized its service into three distinct formats. From Monday to Thursday, it offers a weekly lunch menu for 29 euros. On Fridays and Saturdays, the establishment provides ‘Tapeito’, an appetizer-style menu for sharing. Additionally, the restaurant has scheduled a special rice menu for September 20 to coincide with World Paella Day.
