Spanish rhythmic gymnastics team trains in Castellón ahead of World Championships

The Spain national rhythmic gymnastics team staged a training camp in Castellón from Monday through Friday at the Marta Linares Pavilion inside the Agora Lledó International School. The camp includes double‑session workouts and a public open day that allowed fans to watch the athletes in preparation for the World Championships scheduled for August in Germany.

Key gymnasts such as Alba Bautista, Daniela Picó and Lucía González are being coached by head selector Alejandra Quereda, group coach Ana Peláez and individual specialist Marta Linares. Local sports councilor Maica Hurtado attended a session, highlighting the partnership between the city and the Spanish Gymnastics Federation and noting Castellón’s growing reputation as a host for elite sporting events.
