Spanish schools participate in regional cultural and theatrical programs

Students in Spain are engaging in various educational and artistic initiatives designed to promote local culture and performing arts.

At IES Clara Campoamor, students participated in the 43rd National Zarzuela Week. The activity included musical performances centered on the work ‘Gigantes y Cabezudos’, featuring piano interpretations of Isaac Albéniz and Aragonese jotas. The initiative aims to introduce students to Spanish music and foster teamwork through musical and didactic proposals.

In the Salamanca region, students from CRA Fuenteguinaldo participated in a theatrical program titled ‘El circo de los monstruos’ by the Popy Vegas company. This event was part of the ‘Provincia a Escena’ program, an initiative by the Diputación de Salamanca and the Ciudad Rodrigo Theater Fair. The program seeks to decentralize culture and bring performing arts to rural school environments.
