Valencia Basket defeats Meins Avenida 82-57 in LF Endesa

Valencia Basket secured its first victory of the LF Endesa season with a dominant 82-57 win over Meins Avenida at the Roig Arena. The victory follows the team's recent Supercopa title win.

Despite an early setback when Elena Buenavida had to leave the court due to a leg injury, the team maintained control. Marta Suárez, making her debut after joining from the WNBA, led the scoring with 13 points. Other key contributors included Virag Takacs-Kiss, Helena Pueyo, and Alexis Peterson.

Meins Avenida coach Raquel Romo noted that while the team started well, Valencia's defensive intensity in the second half broke the game. The visitors struggled with shooting selection and offensive rebounding, particularly in the third and fourth quarters.
