Spanish technology sectors expand international presence at major global summits

Spanish industry sectors are expanding their international presence through major technological showcases. In the video game sector, 46 Catalan companies are participating in the 14th edition of Gamescom. Supported by the Institut Català de les Empreses Culturals (ICEC), the delegation aims to increase the visibility of Catalan studios and facilitate internationalization, providing independent developers with opportunities to connect with publishers, investors, and distributors.

Simultaneously, the Spanish space industry is represented at the 40th Small Satellite Conference in Salt Lake City, Utah. Under the ‘Spain Space’ brand and promoted by ICEX España Exportación e Inversiones, eleven companies are showcasing technologies across the ‘New Space’ value chain. Participating firms, including Alén Space, Anterse, and Arkadia Space, are presenting advancements in satellite platforms, propulsion systems, and communication components to establish global alliances and reach new clients in the expanding satellite market.
