In Jaén, councilor Beatriz López inaugurated the first of four "Viernes Noche en La Salobreja" sessions, extending the municipal pool’s hours to midnight on Fridays as part of a summer campaign aimed at providing evening recreation for families. The initiative keeps entry prices unchanged and includes bar service during the extended hours.

In Xàtiva, the municipal Murta pool remains unrepaired despite promises of renovation. The facility operates at reduced capacity, frequently closes for up to fifteen days in August, and lacks the investments seen in neighboring towns, leaving only one urban pool for a city of 32,000 residents.
