Spanish venues boost summer menus and wine experiences

Restaurant Las Delicias in Vejer de la Frontera announced an extended summer opening schedule, remaining open daily from 12:00 to 23:30. The eatery refreshed its menu with dishes that highlight regional products, including red almadraba tuna prepared as tartar, tataki, sashimi, ceviche and grilled cuts, as well as retinto beef featured in steak tartare, carpaccio and slow‑cooked ragù.

Bodegas José Pariente in La Seca (Rueda DO) launched its 2026 summer enotourism programme, offering weekday "Miércoles de tardeo" wine tastings with complimentary drinks, cheese plates and live DJ music, as well as sunset dinners on its Caliza Wine Terrace. The events, priced from €10 for adults to €80 for a full sunset experience, include guided cellar tours, gourmet pairing menus and a special eclipse‑watching evening on 12 August.
