Spanish wine industry hosts upcoming tasting events in Málaga and Madrid

Several professional wine and gourmet events are scheduled for late October 2026 in Spain.

The sixth edition of SUR Wines & Gourmet will take place on October 26 at the NH Málaga hotel. The event features a tasting agenda consisting of nine proposals, including sessions on wines from Málaga, Córdoba, Valladolid, and Navarra, as well as a comparison between Champagne and Cava. Jonas Tofterup, a Master of Wine and director of the Iberian Wine Academy, will lead a masterclass on systematic wine analysis. The event will also host approximately one hundred exhibitors.

In Madrid, the twelfth edition of the Bodegas Siglo XXI Salon is set for October 29 at the Hotel VP Madroño. Organized by Calduch Comunicación, this professional event focuses on contemporary Spanish wine and market innovations. Attendance is restricted to accredited professionals, with sessions divided into afternoon and evening slots to facilitate access for buyers, distributors, and hospitality experts.
