Sparta Prague goaltender Jakub Kovář confirms marriage

Sparta Prague ice hockey goaltender Jakub Kovář has confirmed that he and his partner, Russian volleyball player Valerija Kovářová, were married last year.

Kovářová, who plays for VK Jihostroj České Budějovice, has recently returned to professional volleyball after maternity leave. While the couple had not previously shared wedding photos or displayed wedding rings publicly, Kovář confirmed the marriage to Blesk. The couple resides in Písek with their children.
