Sparta Prague signs PSG academy graduate Loic Mbe Soh

Sparta Prague has signed defender Loic Mbe Soh from the Belgian club St. Truiden. The 25-year-old center-back, a product of the Paris Saint-Germain academy, joins the club to bolster the defense following the departure of Dan Asger Sörensen.

According to Sparta's sporting director, Tomáš Rosický, Mbe Soh was highly sought after on the European market due to his recent progress in Belgium. While the transfer fee was not officially disclosed, media speculation suggests it is approximately 3 million euros.

Mbe Soh brings extensive experience across several European leagues, having played in France, England, the Netherlands, and Belgium. During his time at PSG, he earned two league titles and played alongside notable figures such as Gianluigi Buffon and Dani Alves. He is noted for his technical and physical capabilities, as well as his ability to play as a right-back or defensive midfielder.
