A key factor in the result was the return of British rider Daniel Bewley, who competed following a severe injury involving a fractured femur sustained in May. Despite showing physical signs of the injury in his movement, Bewley contributed significantly to his team's performance.

Following the match, Bewley expressed satisfaction with his ability to compete again, noting that while he cannot participate in high-impact activities like football or marathons, he feels capable of racing motorcycles.
